WORKERS’ COMPENSATION BENEFIT

Long Beach Firefighters Local 372 has contracted with the Law Firm of Adams, Ferrone & Ferrone to provide a workers’ compensation advsiory benefit to our members.  The firm will advise any member on a worker’s compensation claim from start to end with no direct cost to the member.  If a member, however, chooses to enlist a member of the firm as legal counsel, the cost will be born by the member.

Adams, Ferrone & Ferrone and Mark J. Peacock Esq. specialize in the representation of public safety in workers’ compensation, personal injury litigation, retirement, labor negotiations, grievances, employment discrimination, internal affairs investigations, and officer involved shootings.

For members who have an issue or questions about an injury on duty (IOD) claim, please contact the the law offices at (866) 373-5900.

Please request one of the following attorneys to assist: Stuart Adams, John Ferrone, Paul Ferrone, Earl Dove, or Peter Horton.

If the attorneys are unavailable, please ask for Monica or Janice and identify yourself as a member of Long Beach Firefighters Local 372 and the staff will take down all the necessary intake information for the attorneys.  You will then receive a follow up call from one of the attorneys.
